The colours are more intense at the bottom of the spectrogram
The waves are further apart in the middle of the waveform compared to much closer together showing the background noise before and after
It is interesting to see that the initial transient of the slam includes not only low frequencies but almost the entire spectrum which slowly decreases over the course of the sound
